In addition to working 18 years as a psychotherapist, Neal Burgis works with attorneys when he mediates court cases, as well as coaches them on People Skills, Speaking with Confidence, and Executive Presence. Coaching unlocks a person’s potential to maximize performance. Career Coaching is a blend of executive coaching, career counseling, and business consulting.

90 Days to a New Career: Our program includes 12 one-to-one 1 hour weekly tele-coaching sessions. This is a comprehensive program in which you will identify your ideal career, create your transition plan, and learn how to make it happen.

Career Coaching Program Policies

Career coaching is conducted over the phone, over the course of 3 months (minimum of 3 months is required). Coaching produces long lasting results and is not a quick fix for anything.

• Payment Policy: Coaching services are billed monthly in advance to your credit card for $800 ($200 per session). Sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis. If you need to cancel any session, 24 hours notice prior to the session is required. Any session canceled without a 24 hour notice will still be charged to your credit card.

• Privacy Policy: Your information is always held confidential and never sold, shared or given to any other source. This applies to our coaching sessions as well. Client testimonials are published only with your permission.
